You can view and manage your current and lead clients from Business Relationships views in the main Workbench.
You can perform following actions:
- View lead and current clients
- Convert leads to current clients
- Disable/enable clients: for e.g. if you’re not receiving job requirements from a client, you can disable it temporarily.
Delete clients: You can also permanently remove clients from Talenture RS. This is controlled via permissions configured by the administrative user.

1. View list of all existing clients
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Clients' under it and click on 'Leads' or 'Current'.
2. Convert a lead to a current client
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Clients' under it and click on 'Leads'.
- In the list of clients in the right-pane click on the client to convert. The detail page of the client will come up.
- Click on the 'Type' drop-down and select 'Current'.
- Click on 'Update' to save the changes.
3. Enable/disable automatic attachment of Excel Candidate Tracker
Follow these steps to enable automatic attachment of an Excel Candidate Tracker in your candidate submittals:
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Clients' under it and click on 'Current'.
- From list pane click the client name for whom to make this setting
- In the detail page of the client, from the 'Candidate Tracker' drop-down, select a tracker format from the list and click the 'Update' button.
4. Enable automatic insertion of Face Sheet in resumes
Follow these steps to enable automatic insertion of a Cover Page in each resume for your candidate submittals:
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Clients' under it and click on 'Current'.
- From list pane click the client name for whom to make this setting
- In detail page of client, from the 'Face Sheet' drop-down, select a format from the list and click the 'Update' button.
5. Disabling a client
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Clients' under it and click on 'Leads' or 'Current'.
- In the list of clients in the right-pane click on the client to disable. The detail page of the client will come up.
- Click on the 'Status' drop-down and select 'Disabled'.
- Click on 'Update' to save the changes.
6. Deleting a client
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Clients' under it and click on 'Leads' or 'Current'.
- In the list of clients in the right-pane tick next to the client to delete.
- Point to the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete'.
- Click 'OK' to confirm.
