A Revenue Target contains details of the revenue generation target assigned to a recruiter or recruitment team.
Revenue Targets enables team managers to measure performance of recruiters based on revenue contribution and placements done.
This can be used to tie-revenue tracking with main recruitment process while enabling business revenue forecasting and analysis.
The main Workbench has separate views to track target achievements. You can create new Revenue Targets from the Targets and Revenue->Revenue Targets data view.
At any time you can edit the targets as well as delete them.
You can also use the Revenue summary reports for detailed analysis & forecasting of business received from top clients.

1. Set Revenue Targets for Team
You can set Revenue Targets for team members to measure their performance based on their revenue contribution via candidate placements.
- In the main Workbench under My Recruiting, expand the 'Targets and Revenue' data folder and click on the Revenue Targets view.
- Point to the 'File' menu and select 'New Revenue Target'.
- In 'Select Target For' select a specific user or 'All Team Members' to set a common target for entire team.
- In 'Type of Target' specify periodicity i.e. Monthly, Quarterly etc.
- In 'Starting Period', specify the starting month for the target.
- In the 'Repeat the same for the next' section, specify the number of months for which to repeat the target.
- In 'Target Amount' specify the actual target amount.
- Click 'Save'.
2. Edit Revenue Target
To view & edit existing Revenue Targets for team members:
- In the main Workbench under My Recruiting, expand the 'Targets and Revenue' data folder and click on the Revenue Targets view.
- This will display list of targets in the right-pane.
- Click on a target to open the detail view.
- Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.
