Mass Mail feature enables you to generate mass mail to all candidates and clients in your database for common situations such as requesting for updated resumes, sending birthday greetings etc.

Talenture RS offers 2 modes for generating Mass Mail:

• Manual: Users manually select the candidate set, criteria, email template, batch size etc, and initiate the sending of the mail. Useful for targeted mass mailing to specific/smaller candidate sets.
• Automated: Talenture RS automatically generates mass mail to candidates and clients in your database based on a pre-defined schedule.

The mass mailing feature enables auto-refreshing of your candidate database as well as acts as a tool for relationship-building with candidates and clients.

Mass Mail Reply Receiver (MMR)
You can set up MMR for receiving mass mail responses in a specific email account. This allows you to capture responses to mails being sent via the mass mail feature.

So you can use this for capturing responses to mass mail requesting for updated resumes from candidates. You can use the System Account of Talenture RS or one of your own email accounts for receiving mass mail responses.
