Talenture RS displays automatic Reminder alerts for specific recruitment events based on recruitment workflow actions such as when you schedule an interview, start a new Job requirement etc.
These reminders are displayed on pre-set time intervals. You can use the Event Reminder Settings provided in the System Configuration to control these settings.
You can modify the no. of days before an event and the time when reminders are displayed. For example, no. of days before an interview date when the interview followup reminder should be displayed.
You can also disable the display of any of the system event reminders if you do not want to receive reminders for it.

1. Modify time periods for reminders
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Reminders & Notifications' data view.
- On the right pane, the list of Recruiting Events & Recruiting Notifications with no. of days and times for each will be listed.
- Tick the check box next to the reminders/notifications for which you want to change the time period and then specify the no. of days and times next to each as desired.
- Click the 'Save' button on the right.
2. Enable/disable specific event reminders
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Reminders & Notifications' data view.
- On the right pane, the list of Recruiting Events & Recruiting Notifications with no. of days and times for each will be listed.
- Tick the check box next to the reminders/notifications for which you want to disable/enable reminders and then select 'Disabled'/ 'Enabled' from the 'Status' column.
- Click the 'Save' button on the right.
