Talenture RS’s Advanced Candidate Manager (Private) enables you to store candidates in a Private Candidate Pool. This is private to each user in the system.

Usage Scenarios

• Maintain details of important candidates separately from the public database. This is useful when headhunting candidates for senior positions where confidentiality is important and candidates need to be isolated from the public database.

• You can also use the Private Candidate Pool when you’re manually adding details of initial candidate references which may be incomplete. Once you’ve collected full details of such candidates you can move them to the public database for use by the team.

Feature Set
Functions in the Advanced Candidate Manager (Private) module are similar to Advanced Candidate Manager (Public). You can also perform the following functions:

• Move candidates to specific users: You can share specific or all candidates with other users in Talenture RS using this option.

• Move to public database: You can move selected or all candidates to the public database to be viewed and accessed by all users. This would be used when you are ready to make candidate information public after initially adding them as confidential candidates.

Apart from the above functions you can perform all other actions on the private candidates that are available in the Advanced Candidate Manager (Public) including:

• Functional Classification

• Adding to Collections

• Editing candidate details

• Sending email to candidates

Using Advanced Candidate Manager (Private)
Use common functions against the Private Candidate Pool in Advanced Candidate Manager (Private) as follows:

• View Private Candidates: View your private candidates using the data views under the Private data folder in the Workbench.

• Candidate Search: You can apply search on candidates stored in Advanced Candidate Manager (Private)

• Quick Import: Import resumes into your private folders

• Outlook Add-in: Store resumes extracted from email in private folders

• Chrome Add-in: Specify a folder from Advanced Candidate Manager (Private) for storing resumes downloaded from Job Boards.
