Similar to the Public Candidate Pool, you can classify candidates in the Private Candidate Pool into Functional Classifications as per the job-role of candidates.

Common Tasks

1. Categorize candidates by job roles
In the Candidates Added/Refreshed view under 'Private->Activity Views':
- Tick the candidates to classify.
- Point to Edit menu and select "Classify Candidates".
- In the dialog, select the functional roles in which to classify the candidates. Select 1 or more roles using the the 3 drop-downs.
- Click 'OK'.
In the Candidate Power View:
- In the right pane click the 'Cover Info' tab.
- In the Functional classification drop-downs select the functional roles in which to classify the candidates. Select 1 or more roles using the the 3 drop-downs.
- Click 'Save' or 'Save & Next' from the 'Save Option' drop-down in the right pane.
From Candidate Search results:
- Tick the candidates to classify.
- Point to Edit menu and select "Classify Candidates".
- In the dialog, select the functional roles in which to classify the candidates. Select 1 or more roles using the the 3 drop-downs.
- Click 'OK'.
2. View classified candidates
In the Main Menu bar point to Modules menu and select 'Adv. Candidate Manager (Pri.)'.
- In Adv. Candidate Mgr. page in the left side folder pane expand the Functional Classifications folder. This will expand and show list of all top-level Functional Areas.
- Expaned the desired Functional Area and the Group under it, then click on the Functional Role for which to view candidates.
- The candidates classified in the role will be displayed in the right pane.
