Introduction

The Microsoft Outlook Add-in enables parsing and transfer of resumes from your incoming email directly into the Talenture RS database.

The Add-in checks each message in the Inbox for resume content – if found, the resumes are automatically transferred into Talenture RS.

You can configure PSAN Outlook Add-in to transfer resumes from your Inbox in 2 modes: Automatic and Manual.

In Automatic mode all messages coming into Inbox will be processed automatically.

In Manual mode transfer you can select specific messages from which resumes should get transferred to Talenture RS.

Additional options are also available for more control on the transfer process including:

• Generating automated ‘Thank you’ emails for candidates when resumes are transferred from their email.
• Controlling the email processing rate to optimize speed
• Specify SPAM filters for skipping junk email messages.

Apart from transferring resumes from email in MS Outlook you can also configure automatic resume transfer from any other email application such as Thunderbird, Apple Email, Eudora etc. using the Resume Inbox functionality of Talenture RS.
