You need to install the PSAN Outlook Add-in by running the PSAN Outlook Addin setup on your machine. Once installed you need to configure the Add-in to activate resume transfer from your MS Outlook email.
Configuration involves:
- Add-in Toolbar Options: Use the ‘Edit Options’ action available in the Add-in toolbar shown in MS Outlook for setting up the resume transfer options. These options include the following:
- Transfer Options: Set auto or manual transfer mode, time interval for processing rate to optimize speed, cleanup of email message after processing, start date for processing messages, autoreplies for messages from which resumes are successfully parsed.
- Email Account Settings: Email account for which to transfer resumes, SPAM filtering options, skipping processing for internal email-ids/domains etc.
