Job templates enable you to quickly create new jobs in Talenture RS by defining templates for frequently worked on jobs. A job template stores all details of the job, client information as well as the recruiter roles.
Using Job Templates speeds up the Job creation process while standardizing your Job Descriptions and eliminating mistakes in capturing job specifications.
You can store all details about a job requirement that you specify when creating a new Job in a Job Template, including:
- General Information: Template name and description, whether private/public. Position information including client/requester, position name, location, priority, Turn Around Time(TAT), Recruitment Team etc.
- Requirements: Detailed position requirements, as in a standard Job Description (J.D). This may include educational qualifications, skill set related keywords, work experience, CTC range etc.
- Additional Information: Additional position information specific to your organization which you may be tracking via User Defined Fields.
- Roles: Recruiters assigned to specific roles such as Owner, Data Sourcing, Client Interfacing etc. in case of Maxima workflow or Recruiter (Candidate Interfacing) role in case of Basic workflow. These roles can be changed when you actually create a Job based on the template.
- Master Details: File naming format to be used for the Job when submitting candidates to clients.
Talenture RS comes with a library of system job templates for the most common industries and roles. These are available in the ‘Select Workflow’ dialog that comes up when you start a new Job under the ‘System’ category.
You can also create you own Job templates and use them for creating new jobs. Templates can be kept private to the user creating them or can be shared with the entire team.
So, you can enable sharing for Job Templates that you feel would be useful for the entire team while not enabling this for specific job types which only you work on.
Also job templates can be created from multiple places:
Fresh Template: From the Jobs Templates->Private data view. Typically for initially creating templates.
From Active/Closed/Cancelled jobs: You can save a currently active, closed or cancelled job as a new job template. This is useful for quickly creating templates from existing jobs without having to fill details of the requirement from scratch.
