Managers can use the team views under the Team Management category in the Workbench for tracking the regular work of their teams.
For example, managers can use the data views under the Jobs data folder for quickly viewing Active, Closed, Cancelled jobs for the recruiting team. Filters on the team, recruiter columns can be applied to focus on jobs worked up by specific teams/recruiters.
The Candidate List pane can be referred for a quick stage/status view of the candidates being worked upon for a specific job.
Job Candidates
Apart from this, Team Managers can use the team-focused views under the Job Candidates data folder to easily track daily work & get common reports for their teams.
So, for example, you can use the Job Candidates->Last Candidate Actions view to get a report of the recruiting actions performed today by your teams and team members for any selected period.
Reports Module
Additionally, managers can use the dedicated report categories in the Reports module for fully managing their teams’ work and get all required reports.
The Recruiting Analysis category in the Reports module provides report views related to the core recruitment process for all your teams.
This includes reports on actions performed on shortlisted candidates, daily/weekly reports, reports grouped by client, position, candidate status reports & so on.
All report views can be exported to an Excel file using the Export Displayed/Export All Items options.

1. View all Active Jobs in your teams
- In the main workbench under the Team Management category, expand the Jobs data folder and click on the Active data view.
- Apply filter on the Team name column by selecting the team you're managing.
- This will display all jobs being worked upon by your team.
2. Generate a Team-wise Action Summary
Follow these steps to get this report:
- Point to the Modules Mega Menu and select Reports. The Reports Navigator will open.
- In the Navigator tree-view under Team Management->Manual Reports, expand 'Job Processing->Candidate Actions->Summary and click on By Team.
- The report will be displayed on the right-hand pane.
3. Generate a Job Progress Report by Period
Follow these steps to get this report:
- Point to the Modules Mega Menu and select Reports. The Reports Navigator will open.
- In the Navigator tree-view under Team Management->Manual Reports, expand 'Recruiting Analysis->Rec. Progress and click on Job Progress Report.
- The report will be displayed on the right-hand pane. In the 'Jobs Active During' drop-down at the top of the report pane select the desired period'.
