Automatic Reports generate required reports automatically at pre-specified times based on the work status for recruiters or the entire team. Once generated, Talenture RS notifies concerned team members via real-time alert pop ups and email.

Reports are generated in MS Excel format and emailed to the concerned team members/managers.

Using automatic reports you can get independent, regular & detailed metrics on the overall performance of the team with zero "push" efforts. They can also be used by individual recruiters to proactively track their pending work and follow ups.

Automatic Report Components

• Report Schedule: Date/time for generating one or more reports.
• Report Object: Defines the specific report that you want to be generated as per a schedule.

You need to enable the option to receive email notifications in the User Configuration to get automatic reports in email. Additionally the reports are also posted in the Notifications view in the Workbench.
