Introduction

An email account enables you to send and receive email messages via Talenture RS Email Client. It stores settings such as the incoming and outgoing mail servers, your email address, password etc.

You can configure your existing email accounts for use via Talenture RS’s Email Client. It supports standard SMTP, POP/IMAP protocols as well as secure communication via SSL/TLS

Configuring your email accounts in Talenture RS integrates email functions with recruitment activities as all candidate/client and partner communications happen via Talenture RS. This ensures easy tracking & management eliminating the need for external email applications.

You can create and assign multiple email accounts to users and also share an email account with multiple users.

Talenture RS also supports other features like read receipts, auto-signature, auto-forwarding copies of email to other email-ids, auto-replies and filtering rules for segregating emails into specific folders.
