Sending SMS

SMS can be sent to multiple recipients in one go (for e.g. selecting multiple candidates, clients etc.) or can be generated to one recipient at a time. You can send SMS from multiple screens in Talenture RS including:

• Send SMS option in the New mega menu
• Active Jobs, Candidate views, Candidate Search results
• Client / vendor list views

1. Send SMS messages from Talenture RS

You can send SMS messages to candidates, clients/vendors etc. from multiple places in Talenture RS.

For sending SMS from the main Workbench page:
- Point to the New mega menu and select 'SMS'.
- In the 'New SMS' dialog, enter the recipient mobile phone numbers, type the message in the message box and click 'Send'.
