You can view and manage all Work Sharing Teams from the System Configuration module via an administrative login.
You can perform the following actions:
- View existing teams
- Modify teams: change team name, add/remove members, change access type.
- Delete Work Sharing Teams

1. View existing work sharing teams
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'Team Management' and click on the 'Work Sharing Teams' data view.
- The right-hand pane will display list of all Work Sharing Teams.
- Click on a team name to view its details.
2. Modify a work sharing team
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'Team Management' and click on the 'Work Sharing Teams' data view.
- The right-hand pane will display list of all Work Sharing Teams.
- Click on the team to modify - the team details page will be displayed.
- Make the desired changes.
- Click the 'Save' button.
3. Delete a work sharing team
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'Team Management' and click on the 'Work Sharing Teams' data view.
- The right-hand pane will display list of all Work Sharing Teams.
- Tick next to the team to delete.
- Point to 'Edit' and select the 'Delete' option.
