Talenture RS allows you to create File Naming Templates to auto-rename resume files with meaningful names for candidate submittals.
A File Naming Template can have following elements:
- Key candidate details – fixed database fields such as work experience, location etc. as well as user-defined fields.
- Prefix, separators, placeholders etc.
- Dynamic text can be included in case value for a field is not present.
Using File Naming Templates enable professional-looking submittals aligning with client requirements and eliminate manual work.
File Naming Templates can be created from the System Configuration module via an administrative user login. After you create a template you need to link it with each client.
You can create unlimited File Naming Templates and each template can be linked with multiple clients/jobs. You can also view all existing File Naming Templates and modify these from the System Configuration module.
