Job bands allow you to indicate the seniority or hierarchical level of a job function in an organization. Bands are typically used to determine compensation benchmarks for specific position categories.
Job Bands are used in jobs for specifying the Turn Around Time (TAT) associated with a position type.
When defining a Job Band you need to specify the following elements:
- Name of the Band: This may indicate the position level such as Band 1, Level 3 etc.
- TAT (Turn Around Time): This is time for placing candidates for the Job Band in days.
Job Bands can be created from the System Configuration module via an administrative user login. You can also view all existing Job Bands and modify these from here.
