Candidate Leads: How do I

1. Add New Headhunting Lead
2. Add New Walkin Lead
3. Edit Headhunting/Walkin Lead
4. Convert leads to full candidates

1. Add New Headhunting Lead

In the Main Menu bar point to New menu and select 'Head Hunting Lead'.
- In the Candidate Detail page enter the details of the lead and click 'Save'.

2. Add New Walkin Lead

In the Main Menu bar point to New menu and select 'Walk In Lead'.
- In the Candidate Detail page enter the details of the lead and click 'Save'.

3. Edit Headhunting/Walkin Lead

In the Main WorkBench Navigator:
- Expand the 'My Recruiting' node and under 'Candidate Leads' click on the 'Head Hunting Leads' or 'Walk-in Leads' data view.

- In the list pane on the right click on the candidate edit. The editing page comes up.
- Make the changes and click the 'Save' button.

4. Convert Leads to Full Candidates

In the Main WorkBench Navigator:
- Expand the 'My Recruiting' node and under 'Candidate Leads' click on the 'Head Hunting Leads' data view.
- In the list pane on the right select the candidates to move to main database and from the Edit menu select 'Make Full Candidate'.
- The candidates will now be visible in the Added/Refreshed view.
