- -View all active jobs that you're working on
- View all jobs pending approval
- Close a job
- Cancel a job

1. View all active jobs that you're working on
- In your Main Work Navigator under the My Recruiting tree, expand the Jobs folder and then click on the Active data view.
- the right-hand pane will display all of the Active Jobs you are working on listed by client.
2. View all jobs pending approval
- In main Workbench, expand 'Jobs' folder and then click on 'Approval Requests Received'.
- List of jobs awaiting your approval will be displayed in the right-top list pane.
To perform approval:
- Click on a job name - after reviewing the details, select 'Approve' or 'Reject' from the Actions menu.
3. Close a job
In the top pane for the Job:
- Click on the job name link
- In the detail page, select 'Close' from the 'Actions' drop-down.
4. Cancel a job
In the top pane for the Job:
- Click on the job name link
- In the detail page, click the 'Results' tab and select a reason from the 'Reason for Cancellation' drop-down.
- Select 'Cancel' from the 'Actions' drop-down.
5. View all closed jobs
- In the Workbench expand the Jobs data folder and click on the 'Closed' data view.
6. Re-activate a closed/cancelled job
- In the main workbench expand the Jobs data folder and click on the Closed or Cancelled data view.
- Apply filter on the Job name column by typing the name of the job and pressing enter button.
- In the filter list click on the Job name and in the detail page click the 'Re-activate' link.
7. Delete a job
- In the Workbench expand the Jobs data folder and click on the 'Active'/'Closed'/'Cancelled'/'Drafts' data view.
- Tick the jobs to delete, point to 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete'.
NOTE: You need to have permission to delete Jobs in order to perform this action.
