Team managers can use the data views under the Targets and Revenue folder in the main Workbench for assigning and tracking revenue targets and the achievement against these by their team(s).
The Reports module provides report views for analyzing your teams’ revenue achievement client-wise, target-wise and so on.
Functionality:
- Assign, view and track revenue targets for teams
- View team’s revenue generation by period: Monthly, Quarterly etc.
- View revenue generation by team members against targets assigned
- Revenue generated against each client’s position by teams
- Revenue generation by jobs worked upon by teams & recruiters
