This section covers the essential recruiting elements to get started with Talenture RS.
- You can perform these actions via a recruiter login in Talenture RS.
- Each feature set is covered with a brief description and a list of the related objects which can be configured.

Recruiter Login
Recruiting users can perform all their regular activities including candidate management, working on job requirements, work tracking, work management, and reporting via a Recruiter Login.
The My Recruiting data folder is available both in the Workbench Navigator as well as the Reports module to enable recruiting users to view and manage their own work.
Recruiting Elements Covered
In this section we'll cover the following categories of recruiting elements:
1. Importing External Data
This group of actions covers importing your existing data such as client information, contact details, Job Descriptions etc, into Talenture RS from MS Excel worksheets or .CSV files.
2. Candidate Sourcing Configuration
This set of actions covers setting up Talenture RS integration with important candidate sources for adding candidates to the Talenture RS database. This includes configuring Talenture RS addins for importing candidates from Job Boards and email:
3. Working With & Managing Candidate Database
This set of actions covers getting started with building your candidate database by adding candidates from the hard disk, from external sites such as Job Boards etc. Perform common actions on candidates within Talenture RS viewing or editing candidate details in Talenture RS, search relevant candidates in the database, email candidates asking for update resumes, details of a new job opening etc.
4. Setting up Business Relationships
Define business relationships for your recruitment process by adding client company details, company contact information, designation etc. for your business collaborators at the client side.
5. Performing Recruitment Workflow
Perform the complete recruitment workflow on a job requirement from creating & assigning work on a job, sourcing till placement of the candidate via the Jobs view.
6. Managing Recruitment Work
Managing and track your work in Talenture RS including activities performed, pending tasks, reminders, notifications etc. using the multiple tools and views provided by Talenture RS.
7. Work with Tasks, Reminders & Notifications
Create tasks for important actions and follow-ups you need to perform with candidates, client etc. For example, screening calls, feedback on submittals etc. Use the Notification View for tracking all your pending tasks and the Notification Area for viewing important alerts.
8. Communication Management
Use full email functions via Talenture RS once your email-id has been configured in the application. To enable faster email communications, you can define email templates for common scenarios with candidates and clients.
Also send email to candidate, clients, vendors etc. directly from Talenture RS and track all communications that you're exchanging with clients and candidates.
9. Generating Reports
You can track all the work you do in Talenture RS using the Reports module. Reports are available for different areas of work including Candidate Sourcing, Recruiting Process, Work Analysis etc. You can also set up automatic reports to generate required reports automatically at pre-specified times based on the work status of assigned Jobs.
10. User Options & Configuration
You can set user-level options for your login-id to customize views and actions. This includes options such as the number of items to display in list panes such as Added/Refreshed Candidates, Active Jobs etc., setting/changing your password, enabling/disabling automatic notifications for important recruitment events etc.
You can also customize Talenture RS's module navigators and list views to suit the way you work.
