1. Day to Day Work Management

Managers can use the team views under the Team Management category in the Workbench for tracking the regular work of their teams.

For example, managers can use the data views under the Jobs data folder for quickly viewing Active, Closed, Cancelled jobs for the recruiting team. Filters on the team, recruiter columns can be applied to focus on jobs worked up by specific teams/recruiters.

Functionality:

• View Active, Closed, Cancelled jobs for the recruiting team.
• View recruiting summary, follow-ups with candidates/clients, actionable items, scheduled tasks for teams.
