3. Performance Analysis

Team managers can use the dedicated performance analysis report categories in the Reports module for analyzing the performance of their teams on various criteria.

The reports are broadly organized into the aspects of Recruiting Progress, Recruiting Pace, Conversion Ratios & Turn Around Time (TAT) achieved in closing positions.

Functionality:

• Recruiting Progress: Stage-wise progress being made on various shortlisted candidates and jobs. Enables identification of gaps and slow spots in your recruitment process.
• Recruiting Pace (Avg. Time): Analysis of teams’ work based on the average time taken for completing each recruitment step for e.g. candidate sourcing, screening, taking feedback from clients etc.
• Candidate Ratio: Analyze Conversion Ratios ((i.e. from sourcing till placement of candidates) being achieved by your team members on their assigned positions.

• TAT (Turn Around Time): Turn Around Time achieved by team members on assigned jobs. You can view the TAT position-wise or in summary format for all vacancies worked on.
