Disabling Skipping of Domains in Outlook Addin

Summary
This document explains how to disable skipping of internal email domains for resume transfer via the Talenture RS Outlook Addin. 

This may be required when you’re using free email service providers such as GMail, Yahoo etc.

1. Process

1.0 In the Talenture RS Addin bar point to the ‘Talenture RS’ drop-down menu and select the ‘Configuration’ option. The ‘Resume Transfer’ dialog will come up.

1.1  Click on the ‘Message Copy’ tab. Now, in the ‘Skip messages within Domain’ section, select the option ‘Do not skip messages from accounts in my domain’.

1.2  In case you need to enable skipping of messages received from specific email-ids within the domain (for e.g. when a colleague is using a GMail id) then in the ‘Except when From: contains:” box, enter a comma-separated list of email aliases i.e. the part of an email-id before the “@” symbol.

An example is shown in the screenshot below:

1.3  Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the settings.
