This document explains how to fix the “Merge Pending” status of the Talenture RS Candidate database.
The automatic merging of the candidate database may get temporarily disable in cases where candidate resumes are manually updated by users. When automatic merging is disabled then the “Unmerged” icon appears next to candidates in the ‘Candidates->Added/Refreshed’ list view as shown in the screenshot below:
1.0 Launch the Talenture RS Manager tool from the Windows Programs menu.
1.1 The Talenture RS Manager tool will show you the database selection dialog. Select the database from the drop-down and click on Select.
1.2 On the ‘Database’ menu, select ‘Merge Candidates...’.
1.3 In ‘Merge Candidates’ dialog, accept the default options and click on the ‘Start’ button.
Now the merging process will start. Once completed, it will show a confirmation. Click OK on the confirmation and then close Talenture RS Manager to complete the process.
