Problem: Outlook Addin causes MS Outlook to not start properly

Symptoms

• The email message list in the MS Outlook right-pane does not get generated, and in a few seconds, a Talenture RS dialog appears with the message "Server execution error".

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause 1: Antivirus software is blocking the PSAN Outlook Addin component.
  
  Solution: Un-block the PSAN Outlook Addin component in your Anti-Virus software. Please refer to the document Fix Blocking of Outlook Addin by Anti-Virus to learn how to do this.

More Information
Some Anti-Virus software may block the functioning of the PSAN Outlook Addin for security reasons. This can be determined by disabling the Anti-Virus software for some time and then checking if the Addin functions. 

Most Anti-Virus software give this option in their settings. If not, there is an option to permanently disable the software. Once it is established that the Addin is getting blocked you need to perform the actions listed for specific scenarios in the Causes & Solutions section above to resolve the problem.
