Problem: Error comes up in Outlook after installing Outlook Addin

• You get the following error in MS Outlook after installing the PSAN Addin: “Unexpected error performing system function”

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause 1: The system needs to be re-started after installation of the Outlook Addin. 
  
  Solution: Re-start your computer and then use MS Outlook.

More Information
You need to re-start your computer after installing the Outlook Addin as its components get properly registered in the system only when this is done.
