- When viewing the ‘Candidates-Added/Refreshed’ list you see a red icon next to each candidate in the list as shown in screenshot below:
- Multiple entries for same candidates are visible in the ‘Added/Refreshed’ list with identical details.

Possible Causes & Solutions
- The auto-merging of candidates has been disabled at the Talenture RS server end.
Solution: Re-enable candidate merging for the database. Please refer to the document Fixing the Merge-Pending Status of Talenture RS Candidate Database to learn how to do this.
Talenture RS auto-merges all incoming candidates in the database to resolve duplicacy and merge updated details. The auto-merging is disabled by Talenture RS when there is manual entry of candidate details in Talenture RS, for e.g. , if you’ve manually added/modified candidate details.
You then need to perform the actions listed in the Possible Causes & Solutions section above to fix the problem.
