Problem: Resume transfer from desktop does not import resumes

Symptoms

• After the import process is completed and the re-coloured text has gone away, you’re still not able to see the imported candidates in the ‘Candidates->Added/Refreshed’ view.

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause 1: The resume files are not getting parsed due to issues with the file format, special characters in the content, corruption in the file etc.
  
  Solution: Please refer to the document Adding Resumes Not Getting Parsed by Talenture RS to learn how to import such resume files into Talenture RS.
