Problem: Resumes not getting transferred from some messages in Outlook when using a free email service provider

Symptoms

• Resumes do not get transferred from some messages when you’re using a free email service provider such as GMail, Yahoo etc. in MS Outlook.

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause 1: The PSAN Addin is configured to skip resume transfer from internal email domains.
  
  Solution: Disable skipping of resume transfer from internal email domain. Please refer to the document Disabling Skipping of Domains in Outlook Addin to learn how to do this.
  
  

More Information
In case you’re using a free email service such as GMail in MS Outlook then any mail received from that domain is taken as an internal domain and is skipped for resume processing. So if a candidate who is using the same free email service as you then Talenture RS will skip processing for that message since it is taken to be an internal domain.

In such situations you need to perform the actions listed for specific scenarios in the Causes & Solutions section above to resolve the problem.
