The Email Data Viewer tool allows you to monitor and diagnose any issues with email sent and received by all users via System Email Accounts in Talenture RS.
To launch the Email Data Viewer, point to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Data Viewers'. Then from the 'Select Email Data Type' dialog, select the email data type to view.
The following types of Email Data Views are available:
Messages Transferred from Microsoft Outlook by You
This view allows monitoring of messages transferred from MS Outlook by the currently logged on user via the Talenture RS Outlook Addin.
Messages Forwarded to ResumeInbox by You
Use this view to monitor messages that forwarded the currently logged on user to the ResumeInbox from external email applications.
Here again you can use the Problem Messages folder for diagnosing issues with messages on which processing failed, view messages pending to be processed in the Inbox etc..
Messages Forwarded to ResumeInbox by All
This shows messages forwarded to the ResumeInbox by all users in the team. You can use this to troubleshoot issues with processing of messages from specific team members.
It has the same folders as the Messages Forwarded to ResumeInbox by You view.
Mass Mail Messages Sent by You
This view allows tracking of the mass mail messages generated from your user id.
The Sent folder will show messages that have already been sent while the Outbox folder shows generated messages pending to be sent.
Mass Mail Messages Sent by All
This shows mass mail messages generated by all users in the team. It has folders similar to the Mass Mail Messages Sent by You view. Use it to check the status of mass mail generated and those already sent for the entire team.
Mass Mail Replies Received
This view shows the replies that have been received for the mass mail messages sent from Talenture RS.
Here again you can check the Processed Messages folder for messages for which resume processing has been successfully completed, while viewing the ProblemMessages folder for diagnosing issues with messages for which processing has failed.
