Talenture RS displays automatic Reminder alerts and Notifications for specific recruitment and system events based on recruitment workflow actions such as when you schedule an interview, start a new Job requirement etc.
You can enable or disable the display of any of the recruitment alerts or system event notifications as required.
Common Tasks
- Enable/disable Desktop notifications
- Enable/disable email notifications
1. Enable/disable Desktop notifications
Follow these steps to enable/disable desktop notifications:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'User Configuration'. The User Configuration Navigator will open.
- In the Navigator tree view, click the 'Reminders & Notifications' data view.
- In the right-hand pane, tick next to recruitment events in the 'Recruiting Reminders' section and notifications in the 'Recruiting Notifications' sections for which you want to receive alerts and un-check those for which you do not want them.
- Click the 'Save' button to save your settings.
2. Enable/disable email notifications
Follow these steps to enable/disable email notifications:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'User Configuration'. The User Configuration Navigator will open.
- In the Navigator tree view, click the 'General' data view.
- In the right-hand pane, in the 'Notifications' section, tick the check-box 'Disable Email Notifications' to turn off all alert notifications in email. Un-check the check-box to start receiving alert notifications iin email.
- Click the 'Save' button to save your settings.
