Our training programs make sure that users at different levels of expertise and technology exposure gain complete understanding of our solutions.

The training webinars cover the following aspects of product usage:
- Level 1: Basics: This session is meant for users who are totally new to the Talenture RS product. Topics covered include:
- Understanding Resume and Requisition Data
- Basic Recruitment Workflow
- Resume Search and Search Agents
- Level 2: Advanced: This session is meant for professionals familiar with basic concepts of resume and recruitment management in Talenture RS and who can effectively use the basic functions in Talenture RS to accomplish their day to day recruitment tasks. Topics covered include:
- Advanced Recruitment Workflows
- Advanced Candidate Organization
- Advanced Resume Search
- Advanced Recruitment Management Features
- Team Management: This session is targetted at users in Team Lead/Manager roles and covers using Team Management features in Talenture RS. Topics covered include:
- Day to day work management of team members
- Assigning and approving work
- Generating Manual and Automatic Reports
- Generating and Understanding Performance Trackers
- Administrative: This session is meant to train a system administrator in configuring and managing a Talenture RS installation of any size to ensure its smooth functioning in the organization. Topics covered include:
- Introduction to Administrative user role
- Configuring Talenture RS System & Application options:User logins, permissions, email accounts, functional teams
- Setting up templates and formats for email, tracker, face sheets, Candidate Submission options.
- Master data & system options

These training sessions are targeted at the following types of audiences:

- New Users: Users from sites where Talenture RS has just been implemented and usage of the product is to be started.
- Existing Users: Existing users who have need to refresh their understanding of Talenture RS features or those who had not used Talenture RS for a period of time and who now want to resume their usage.
Process
The training sessions are conducted as per a Weekly Schedule that is published in the Talenture RS Help Center in the Live Training Webinars section. This schedule contains the list of training sessions for the week and a registration link for each session.
To attend a session:
- Click on the registration link shown next to the session. Enter basic details in the registration form such as name, company, email address etc. and click the 'Register' link.
- A confirmation email will then be posted to your email-id. This will contain a link to connect to the training session you've registered for.
- On the day of the training session, at the scheduled time, click on the confirmation link sent to you - this will connect you to the live session.
The sessions are conducted in an interactive and task-based manner.
- A Task Sheet is shared with attendees before the start of each session. This contains the tasks related to the product features covered in the session.
- The trainer will introduce users to each feature by showing the practical use of that feature via the product using each task.
- The attendees are required to perform each task on the own screens and clarify any issues/queries they have in performing a task immediately with the trainer before moving on to the next task.
Requirements
The sessions are delivered via Live Online Webinars using the GotoWebinar facility. This facility enables sharing of the trainer's screen online which can the be viewed by all attendees in a traning session.

Note that the training sessions delivered via Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and not via phone.
The following are mandatory requirements for attending the session:
- Speakers connected to your computer or headset/headphone for listening to the trainer.
- Microphone for queries/interaction with the trainer.
