1.4 Upgrading/Downgrading Your Talenture RS Edition
Once you’ve opted for a specific Talenture RS edition if you later on feel it is not suited to your requirements you can always switch to a different edition.
a. Upgrade
Upgrading allows you to enhance your current edition to a higher edition of Talenture RS opening up access to additional features. For example, upgrading from the Standard Edition to the Professional Edition will automatically enable the additional features available in the latter.
b. Downgrade
You can also come down to a lower edition of Talenture RS in case you find that you do not need the features available in your current edition of Talenture RS. In this case the features available in the edition you were using will be disabled in the lower edition.
Note that:
- You will also lose all data related to features that get disabled
- You will lose all User Interface Customizations done in module screens such as Candidate detail screen, Job Details screen etc. prior to the downgrade.
However any User Defined Fields that you’ve added in customized screens will remain in the database and can be added to a screen after the downgrade.
So, for example, if your current edition of Talenture RS is the Enterprise Edition and you downgrade it to Professional then all Enterprise level features will get automatically disabled.
