Managing your Subscription Plan

Subscription Management refers to Customer life cycle operations like managing trials, making payments and making mid-cycle subscription changes.

Talenture provides the user with a smooth and easy process of making payments. This includes, the option of purchasing additional licenses and disk space, changing subscription parameters and billing frequency and even the product edition during their paid cycle.

Firstly, to try out the product and its features, users can create a New Trial, link to which is redirected from Platina's website.

Once the necessary details are entered, a New Trial database is created in the Talenture RS product that lasts for 7 days. During the trial period, Five licenses i.e Login by 5 users and 3 GB disk space is provided. 

You can upgrade your trial to a paid version during your trial period or within one month of trial expiry date.

While upgrading to a Paid version, you would be asked to pay on a per license basis. Here, you can choose the Edition you want to buy, the Billing Frequency you want to subscribe to and also, additional parameters like disk space and mass mail credits.
