We all know a resume isn’t the full picture of a candidate’s skills. That’s why recruiters prefer to use Assessment methods, a way to quickly screen the applicants— whether that’s a specialized skill like sales or accounting, vital knowledge like medical billing or food safety etc.
Talenture provides you with the Assessments tool using which you can assess knowledge and skills of your candidates or job candidates in a very efficient manner. It allows you to add assessment requests for candidates with the help of Add Assessment action given in the product.
So, to add an Assessment for a Candidate, go to the 'All Candidates' list view under Public Pool. Now select one or more candidates from the list and click on 'Add Assessment' option given under Action menu:
This action has been given in the 'Hot Candidates' list view of System Defined collections and in every User defined collection under Public pool. A dialog named 'Add Assessment' will be opened when you click on Add Assessment action after selecting candidates from the list as shown below:
Now fill the required details i.e. assessment type, question format to be used, assessment template etc. and then click on Send button. If the Assessment content has not yet been designed completely, you can save the assessment in Draft state by taking 'Save as Draft' action given under Send multi-action button.
In the similar fashion, you can Save or Send Assessments for Job candidates with the help of Add Assessment action given in Job Candidates list view of Active Jobs. All the assessments whether saved as Draft or Sent can be located in the Requests list view of Assessments module.
From the Requests list view, you can edit or send a Draft state assessment by simply clicking on assessment name given in Assessment column and taking Save as Draft or Send action under the Send MA button as shown here:
When you click on the Send button, an e-mail containing the assessment link is sent to each candidate/job candidate to notify them about the Assessment requested from them.
